Measures to prevent COVID-19

We, Lodge Yodel, will take the following measures to prevent our guests and staff from getting COVID-19 according to the guideline for hotels.
The understanding and cooperation of all our guests would be highly appreciated.

• 1.Use of face masks

  Guests

  Please keep wearing a face mask except in guest rooms, in the bathrooms and during meals.
  If you forget a face mask, please ask staff and one will be provided.

  Please kindly understand that all staff regularly wear face masks during work.

• 2.Thorough hand-washing and disinfection

  Guests

  Please disinfect your hands with an alcohol-based disinfectant when arriving and when needed.
  Hand soap and alcohol-based disinfectant are available throughout the house.

  Staff also regularly wash and disinfect their hands.
  In addition, we will regularly wipe the guest rooms and shared places (doorknobs, bathrooms, sinks, rest rooms and tables & chairs in the dining room) with alcohol-based disinfectant.

• 3.Temperature check

  Guests

  Please understand that all guests’ body temperature will be checked at arrival.
  If we find that our guests have a fever (37.5 C or more) or feel bad, we will contact “the Returnee and Contact Person Consultation Center for COVID-19”.
  If you have a fever (37.5 C or more) or feel bad before coming, please kindly consider cancelling your stay.

  Staff also check their body temperatures daily and try to maintain their health.

• 4.Ventilation throughout the house facilities and guest rooms

  Guests

  We put an air purifier and humidifier in every guest room. Please let fresh air into your guest room by using it or opening the windows.

  We regularly let outside air into the house or clean the air with an air purifier.

• 5.Avoiding crowds

  Yodel

  Please kindly understand that we need to limit the number of guests at the time of booking to avoid too many crowds in the dining room, bathrooms, sinks, rest rooms, etc.
